The ARCC serves as the communication hub of the airport and is intended to be a one stop shop for anything the airport’s tenants and passengers might need. It compromises of multiple entities from Airport Operations, Facilities Management and Utilities Group, Airport Police, Information and Management Technology Group, and TSA. Airport Operations is headed by the Airport Duty Manager who oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the airport. Services include gating and carousel assignments for Tom Bradley International Terminal (Terminal B), aircraft parking for LAWA controlled parking assignments, airfield busing, facility inspection monitoring for airside, terminal, and landside areas.  Supporting first responders during emergencies at the Incident Command Post. The ARCC also ensures activation of the Department Operations Center if an incident should require its support and resources.
