Landside Access Modernization Program Industry Forum

In February 2016, over 1000 executives from local, national and international companies attended an Industry Forum to learn about the $5-billion LAX Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP) and about contracting opportunities to build a world-class transportation system for LAX. LAMP is considered one of the largest construction programs in Los Angeles City history.

"LAX is our gateway to the world — and by finally bringing rail to the airport, Angelenos and tourists will be able to connect to Los Angeles' world-renowned neighborhoods and attractions without ever stepping foot in a car," said Mayor Eric Garcetti. "LAMP will transform how L.A. thinks about travel, and get people in and out the airport faster and more conveniently."
