REACHING LAX PUBLIC RELATIONS 24/7 NOW STREAMLINED AND MORE EFFICIENT

A new telephone upgrade has made it easier for media outlets to reach LAX Public Relations during off hours. Effective immediately, the 24-hour duty officer pager at (310) 523-8994 is no longer in operation.  Media on deadline can now call the regular Public Relations office number (424) 646-5260 to be connected to the 24-hour PR duty officer.
 
A new recording will prompt reporters on deadline to press "1," and the call will be forwarded immediately to the 24-hour PR duty officer's Black Berry® smart phone.
